Returns:
Due to the nature of our hair products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sistersisterhairbar@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.

Order Issues:
If you received the wrong item or there’s a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your issue is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code

  • Gift cards
